Is this mount sold with the MeetUp camera?
No. This is the mount only, reference 939-001498, listed among the MeetUp accessories. The MeetUp video conferencing camera has a separate reference, 960-001101, and is bought separately.
What type of screen does this mount attach to?
To standard VESA mounting points, found on the back of most flat-screen TVs and monitors. Before ordering, look at the back of your screen and check that it does have these standardised holes: that is the only requirement for the camera to attach to it.
Can the MeetUp be placed above or below the screen?
Both positions are supported: the mount holds the camera firmly above or below a flat screen. You choose according to the height of the screen and where participants sit; the 120° field of view and motorised pan/tilt (±25° and ±15°) then fine-tune the framing from the remote control.
The MeetUp already comes with a mount: what is this additional mount for?
The camera has a built-in table stand that also serves as a wall mount, supplied with its screws. The TV Mount adds a third option, mounting directly on the screen, and frees up the table.
Can the mount hold the weight of the MeetUp camera?
Yes, it is designed for it and holds it firmly on the screen. The MeetUp weighs 1.04 kg and measures 400 mm wide, 104 mm high and 85 mm deep: take this width into account when choosing whether to place it above or below. It combines a camera, three microphones and a speaker in a single housing.
Does Logitech offer another version of this mount?
Yes: Logitech also lists a TV Mount XL under part number 939-001656, distinct from this 939-001498 model. Check which reference suits your installation before ordering.
Once the camera is mounted on the TV, is the cable supplied with the MeetUp enough?
The MeetUp is supplied with a 5 m USB 2.0 cable. However, 4K requires a USB 3.0 cable, which is not included: make sure you have one if you are aiming for 3840 × 2160, otherwise you will stay at Full HD 1920 × 1080 at 30 frames per second. Measure the distance between the screen and the computer before installation.
Is the Logitech MeetUp TV mount new and under warranty?
Yes: a new and genuine Logitech accessory, reference 939-001498 and EAN 097855133250, with a 1-year warranty on presentation of the invoice. The Logitech documentation (PDF) covers the whole MeetUp range and its accessories.
