1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is the difference between the Jabra Speak 510 and the Speak 410?
The 410 is a USB speakerphone that works with all PCs. The 510 is USB and Class 1 Bluetooth: it also connects wirelessly to a PC, tablet or smartphone, and its rechargeable battery lets it move from room to room without plugging anything in.
Is the USB Bluetooth adapter included in the box?
The Jabra Link 380 dongle comes with the Speak 510+ version. With this reference, you connect the PC via the built-in USB cable — plug-and-play, nothing to install — or via Bluetooth. Jabra also offers the Link 360 USB Bluetooth adapter as an accessory.
What exactly is in the box, and do you need to bring a cable?
The Speak 510, its protective pouch, the quick start guide and the warranty and warning leaflets. The USB cable is built into the device: weighing just 195 g, the whole thing slips into a bag with no extra accessories.
How long does the battery last, and how long does it take to recharge?
Up to 15 hours of talk time, with about 2 hours of charging via the USB cable. In standby, automatic power-off lets it last more than 200 days: you can leave it in a drawer for weeks and find it ready to use. A dedicated light shows the battery status.
How far can you move away from the device over Bluetooth?
Up to 30 m with Bluetooth 3.0. The supported profiles — hands-free (v1.6), headset (v1.2) and A2DP (v1.2) — cover both calls and listening, so you can leave your phone on a desk during the meeting.
Can it be used as a speaker to listen to music?
Yes. The A2DP profile lets you stream audio from a smartphone, a Bluetooth laptop, a tablet or an MP3 player. The same device therefore serves as a speakerphone in meetings and as a speaker the rest of the time.
Does the microphone pick up everyone around the table?
Yes: an omnidirectional microphone with 360° audio coverage and noise reduction, so everyone can make hands-free calls from their seat. A Mute button turns the microphone off, and indicator lights show the device status at a glance.
Is there echo or distortion when you turn up the volume?
No. Digital signal processing (DSP) eliminates echo and distortion even at full volume, and wideband / HD Voice audio reproduces voices in high definition. Enough to turn any room into a conference room.
Does it work with the company's communication software?
Yes. It is certified for Skype for Business and optimised for the main unified communications platforms, with integrated call control — answer, end calls, adjust the volume — on Microsoft Lync, Cisco, Avaya and Skype.
Can it be configured in detail or updated?
Yes, with the Jabra PC Suite software: Jabra Control Center is used to configure the Speak 510 for your softphone and to install device updates.
Is this Jabra Speak 510 MS new and under warranty?
Yes: a new device in its original packaging, reference 7510-109, with a 1-year warranty with the invoice. Full specifications are given in the Jabra product sheet (PDF).
