1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

How much length does this Logitech GROUP extension cable give you?
10 metres, instead of the 5 metres of the GROUP system's original DIN cable, which it replaces. It lets you place the hub further from the camera or the speakerphone.
Can this extension cable be run through cable trunking?
Yes, it is specified for routing through conduit or ducting. This is what allows a concealed installation rather than a cable running across the room's floor.
What connector does this 10 m extension cable use?
A 6-pin Mini-DIN, the one used by the Logitech GROUP system. Velcro straps are included to hold the cable in place along its route.
Does this extension cable work with another system?
It is for the Logitech GROUP system only, whose Mini-DIN connector it uses. It is not a universal video conferencing cable.
Do you need one extension cable per GROUP system component?
Yes: each component — the camera and the speakerphone — connects to the hub with its own cable. Moving both further away therefore requires two extension cables.
