1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is a second Rally speaker for?
It places the sound on either side of the screen: the room is covered at a moderate volume rather than saturated by a single source. Logitech recommends it from 17 participants.
How many speakers does a Rally system accept?
Two at most. Beyond that, the installation expands on the mic pod side, up to seven, not on the audio playback side.
How many cables does this Rally speaker need?
Just one: a 2.95 m Mini XLR cable to the display hub, which carries both the signal and the power. There is no additional power adapter to fit behind the screen.
Does this speaker make the camera vibrate?
That is what its anti-vibration enclosure prevents: it eliminates buzzing and vibrations inside the speaker, which would make the image of a camera placed nearby shake.
How loud is the Rally speaker?
95 dB SPL at 1 W, from a 76 mm driver with a rare-earth magnet. It is a level designed to fill a conference room without pushing the volume.
Where should the Rally speakers be placed in the room?
At the front, near the screen. The mics stay on the table: the voice thus comes from the same side as the image, never from behind the participants.
Does this speaker work on its own, without a Rally system?
No: it is for Logitech Rally and Rally Plus systems only, whose display hub it uses for both signal and power.
Is this Logitech Rally speaker new and under warranty?
