1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is the table mount for Logitech Tap for?
It is used to secure the touch controller to the tabletop and to route its cable down through the cable grommet. The Tap no longer moves and the table stays clear.
Can the controller be used from both sides of the table?
Yes, the mount swivels 180°: the Tap turns towards either side depending on who is running the meeting, without being moved or unplugged.
Does this mount change the screen's tilt?
No: it keeps the controller's own 14° screen angle. This is what sets it apart from the riser mount, which raises the screen to 30° for placement in the centre of the table.
Which tables does this mount fit?
Tabletops up to 50 mm thick, with a cable grommet 51 to 89 mm in diameter. These are the two measurements to take before ordering.
Does this mount accept another controller?
It is for the Logitech Tap controller only, whose shape and screen angle it matches. Check the model marked on your controller before ordering.
