This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does the OLED panel of this LG TV bring?
Each pixel produces its own light and switches off completely for black — hence a contrast that LED cannot achieve. The response time is under 1 ms, which eliminates ghosting on fast motion.
How smooth is this LG OLED panel in reality?
It is a native 50 Hz panel. Its one-millisecond response time eliminates ghosting, but the refresh rate remains 50 Hz: worth knowing if you play on a recent console.
Is this LG TV suitable for gaming?
It offers the Game Optimizer — a dedicated dashboard — and HGIG mode, which aligns HDR rendering with the console's settings instead of reprocessing it.
Which HDR formats does this TV support?
Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10 and HLG. Dolby Vision IQ goes further than standard Dolby Vision: it also adapts the picture to the ambient light in the room.
