2 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Hisense 58A6N have a built-in satellite receiver, or do you need an external receiver?
It has a DVB-T/T2 and DVB-S/S2 tuner: both DTT and satellite are received directly by plugging in the aerial or the satellite dish cable. No separate receiver is needed for these standards.
Is this TV's wired network port gigabit?
No, the Ethernet port is 10/100 Mbps. For wireless, the TV has Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and Bluetooth 5.0.
Can you play a PS5 or Xbox Series on the Hisense 58A6N?
Yes. ALLM Auto Game Mode switches the screen to low latency as soon as the console starts, with input lag under 20 ms. The Quad Core processor eliminates motion blur, and the 3 HDMI 2.0 inputs accept 4K at 60 Hz.
What Smart TV system does the 58A6N run, and does it give access to Netflix?
It runs VIDAA U 7.6, Hisense's own platform, with built-in Alexa for voice control. Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video are among the apps available from the interface.
Can this TV be hung on the wall, and with which mount?
Yes: the mounting follows the VESA 200 × 200 mm standard, for 14.5 kg without the stand — any standard wall mount rated for this spacing and this weight will do.
How wide a TV unit do you need for this 58-inch TV?
Allow 1,300 mm in width, 300 mm in depth and 820 mm in height with the stand, for 14.8 kg. The 58-inch diagonal corresponds to 147 cm of screen. Without the stand, the depth drops to 70 mm.
How much power does the Hisense 58A6N consume, and can it be left on standby?
It consumes 110 W when on (typical value) and less than 0.5 W on standby. Leaving it on standby therefore has a negligible effect on your electricity bill.
Is the built-in sound enough, or should you add a soundbar?
The TV has 2 × 10 W speakers with DTS Virtual X processing. It is sized for everyday use, not to replace a home cinema system.
How many devices can stay permanently connected?
Connectivity includes 3 HDMI 2.0 inputs supporting 4K at 60 Hz and 2 USB 2.0 ports. A console, a set-top box and a player can therefore stay connected at the same time, with no switch box.
Is the TV new and under warranty?
Yes: the set is new, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 2 years. The box contains the remote control and its batteries, the power cable and the quick start guide.
