2 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Is this Hisense 43-inch TV suitable for gaming?
Yes: ALLM, VRR and input lag of 20 ms at most in game mode, on HDMI 2.1 inputs. That is well equipped for a screen of this size.
Is this TV easy to set up on your own?
It weighs 6.9 kg with its stand. At that weight, one person can take it out of the box and set it up without difficulty — which is no longer the case above 55 inches.
How powerful is the sound of this 43-inch TV?
2 × 7 W, with DTS Virtual X and Dolby Audio. That is less than the 2 × 10 W of the larger screen sizes in the range: a soundbar makes sense if the room is large.
Which HDR formats does this TV support?
Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG, with a 5,000:1 contrast ratio. Dolby Vision adjusts the picture scene by scene.
How smooth is this Hisense panel really?
It is a 60 Hz panel. MEMC and AI Smooth Motion processing reduces blur on fast motion, but the panel remains 60 Hz.
What wall mount does this 43-inch TV need?
A VESA 200 × 300 mm mount. This hole spacing is specific to this screen size — it differs from the 200 × 400 mm of the 50- and 55-inch models in the same range.
Can you mirror an iPhone screen to this TV?
Yes: it supports AirPlay 2 and screen sharing, with no extra cable or box.
