2 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does the QLED panel of this Hisense TV bring?
Quantum dots, for more vivid and more accurate colours than ordinary LED backlighting. The difference shows most in saturated reds and greens.
Is this Hisense TV suitable for gaming?
It offers a Game Mode Plus at 60 Hz with ALLM — switching over automatically as soon as a console starts up — and a built-in Game Bar that brings the settings together on screen.
Which HDR format does this TV support?
Dolby Vision, the format that adjusts the picture scene by scene rather than once for the whole film. Sound is in Dolby Atmos.
How does this TV handle non-4K sources?
With AI 4K Upscaler upscaling, backed by AI Smooth Motion to counter motion blur. This is what keeps a standard high-definition channel from looking blurry on a 65-inch panel.
