This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this Hisense 65-inch TV suitable for gaming?
Yes, particularly so: ALLM and VRR on all three HDMI inputs — not just on one — and input lag of 10 ms at most in game mode. That is twice as good as the 20 ms of the neighbouring models in the range.
How smooth is this Hisense panel really?
It is a 60 Hz panel. MEMC and AI Smooth Motion processing reduces blur on fast motion, but the panel remains 60 Hz.
Which HDR formats does this TV support?
Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG. Dolby Vision adjusts the picture scene by scene, whereas HDR10 applies a single setting to the whole film.
Which channels can this TV receive?
Its tuner covers DVB-T2, T, C, S2 and S — terrestrial DTT, cable and satellite. The DTT receiver is built in: no set-top box to add for terrestrial broadcasts.
Can you mirror an iPhone screen to this TV?
Yes: it supports AirPlay 2 and screen sharing. Photos, videos and apps go from the phone to the screen without a cable.
What wall mount does this 65-inch TV need?
A VESA 300 × 400 mm mount — a wider hole spacing than on the 50- and 55-inch models of the same range. Check that the mount is compatible before buying.
