2 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Is this Hisense TV suitable for gaming?
Yes: it offers Game Mode Plus with an on-screen Game Bar, VRR against screen tearing and ALLM, which switches to game mode automatically as soon as a console starts up.
How smooth is this Hisense panel in reality?
Its native refresh rate is 60 Hz. MEMC and AI Smooth Motion processing reduce blur on fast motion, but the panel remains 60 Hz.
What does the QLED panel of this TV bring?
30% more colours than ordinary LED backlighting. That is what quantum dots add: a wider palette, most visible in saturated reds and greens.
Which HDR formats does this TV support?
Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG. Dolby Vision is the most complete format: it adjusts the picture scene by scene, whereas HDR10 applies a single setting.
