This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What can the HP Smart Tank 670 printer do?
It is an A4 colour 3-in-1 multifunction printer with refillable ink tanks: it prints, copies and scans. Its main strength is an exceptional page yield from the ink included in the box.
How many pages of ink are included with the HP Smart Tank 670?
The printer comes with enough ink for up to 18,000 black and 8,000 colour pages (3 black bottles of 135 ml and 3 colour bottles of 70 ml). Enough to print for a long time without buying more ink.
Does the HP Smart Tank 670 print double-sided automatically?
Yes. It offers automatic duplex printing, which saves paper on multi-page documents.
Are the printheads of the Smart Tank 670 replaceable?
Yes. Unlike printers with a built-in head, the Smart Tank 670 has replaceable printheads (one black head and one colour head), included in the box.
Does the HP Smart Tank 670 use cartridges or ink bottles?
It works with a cartridge-free system: you fill its tanks from ink bottles, for a very low cost per page. Refilling is designed to be clean and spill-free.
Which refill bottles does the Smart Tank 670 use, and what is their yield?
It is refilled with HP GT53 (90 ml, ~4,000 pages) or GT53XL (135 ml, ~6,000 pages) bottles for black, and GT52 (70 ml, ~8,000 pages) for each colour (cyan, magenta, yellow).
Does the HP Smart Tank 670 have Wi-Fi? Does it have an Ethernet port?
It has dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 and 5 GHz), along with Bluetooth LE and USB. However, it has no Ethernet port: network connection is via Wi-Fi.
Is the USB cable supplied with the Smart Tank 670?
No, the USB cable is not included. You can still use the printer wirelessly over Wi-Fi, or get a USB cable separately.
Can the Smart Tank 670 print borderless photos?
Yes. It supports borderless printing (up to 210 x 297 mm) and accepts photo paper up to 250 g/m², with a colour resolution of up to 4,800 x 1,200 dpi.
Does the HP Smart Tank 670 have an automatic document feeder?
No. Its scanner is flatbed only (up to 1,200 dpi): documents are scanned and copied one page at a time on the glass.
Is the HP Smart Tank 670 printer new and under warranty?
