1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Does this TP-Link router have a built-in ADSL modem?
Yes: an ADSL, ADSL2 and ADSL2+ modem is built in, with an RJ-11 port for the telephone line. It therefore plugs straight into the wall socket, with no separate box.
Which Wi-Fi standard does this TP-Link router use?
Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n), single-band 2.4 GHz, with one external 5 dBi antenna. It is an older generation: enough for browsing, not for multiple streams at once.
What's in the box with this TP-Link router?
The router, an RJ-11 telephone cable for the line and an Ethernet cable. Everything is ready for immediate connection.
Can this router prioritise certain types of use?
Yes: it offers traffic prioritisation (QoS). This is what keeps a video call smooth while a download is using the line.
