1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

What Wi-Fi speed does this Reyee RG-EW1200 router reach?
867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz. 5 GHz is faster, while 2.4 GHz reaches further and gets through walls better.
Are the wired ports on this router Gigabit?
No: its 1 WAN port and 3 LAN ports run at 10/100 Mbps. This is worth knowing if your subscription is faster than 100 Mbps: the limit will come from the port, not the line.
How many devices can this Reyee router serve?
Up to 96 connected devices, for 24 recommended users. The first figure is a technical limit, the second reflects comfortable real-world use.
Does this router cope when several devices connect?
It has 2x2 MU-MIMO on each of the two bands: it serves several devices simultaneously instead of handling them one after another. Four 5 dBi external antennas cover the home.
Can this Reyee router's coverage be extended?
Yes: it is Reyee Mesh compatible, with Layer 2 roaming — your phone switches from one node to another without dropping. Router, access point, repeater and WISP modes are available.
What is this router's health mode?
A mode that reduces transmit power and turns off the LEDs at night. Useful in a bedroom: less light and less radio emission when maximum coverage is not needed.
Can this router restrict children's access?
Yes: parental controls handle time limits, URL blocking and blacklists and whitelists. Guest Wi-Fi and up to 6 separate networks are also possible.
Is this Reyee RG-EW1200 router new and under warranty?
