1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What Wi-Fi speed does this TP-Link Archer C6U router reach?
867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz. These are two separate networks: 5 GHz is faster, while 2.4 GHz reaches further and gets through walls better.
What is the USB port on this router for?
For sharing files from a flash drive or hard drive plugged into it: the router then acts as an FTP server and a media server. It is a USB 2.0 port.
Does this router cope when several devices connect?
Yes: MU-MIMO lets it communicate with several devices at once instead of serving them one after another. Beamforming and its 4 external antennas direct the signal towards active devices.
Can this router limit children's screen time?
Yes: parental controls manage time spent online and content blocking. A separate guest network is also available on each of the two bands.
Can this router's coverage be extended?
Yes: it is OneMesh compatible, so you can keep a single network name throughout the home by pairing it with a compatible repeater. It also has an access point mode.
Does this router have a VPN server?
Yes: it has a built-in OpenVPN and PPTP server. That lets you access your home network from outside, without a third-party service.
