Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Display : the icons, apps and wallpapers shown are simulations; the real interface depends on the software version delivered.
  • In the box : charger, earphones and cable often appear in the images although manufacturers no longer supply them.
  • Version sold : one image serves the whole range: storage capacity, memory, connectivity (4G, 5G, Wi-Fi only) and colour are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Features : the number of camera sensors, a fingerprint reader, dual SIM, a stylus or wireless charging cannot be inferred from the photo.
  • Protection : cases, tempered glass and straps photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is 256 GB enough on a Galaxy S24+?
For photos, apps and messaging, easily. The point to weigh is 8K video, by far the phone's most space-hungry format: if you regularly record at this resolution, the 512 GB version quickly pays for itself.
Is the Galaxy S24+'s screen sharper than Full HD?
Yes: it is a 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel at 120 Hz. The difference from Full HD shows on fine text and on the details of a photo displayed full screen, especially during extended reading.
How good is the Galaxy S24+'s Exynos 2400?
It is a ten-core chip spread across four frequency tiers — 3.2, 2.9, 2.6 and 1.95 GHz. The fast cores absorb peaks in processing load, while the more frugal ones handle background tasks, which limits power consumption at idle.
How far can the Galaxy S24+ zoom without losing quality?
Up to 3x, thanks to a dedicated 10 MP f/2.4 telephoto lens. Beyond that, up to 30x, the zoom becomes digital: the image is cropped and detail depends on the light. The 50 MP wide-angle has optical image stabilisation.
Does the Galaxy S24+'s front camera focus?
Yes, its 12 MP f/2.2 sensor has autofocus, which not every phone offers. It makes a concrete difference for group selfies and video calls, where fixed focus quickly shows its limits.
Can the Galaxy S24+ be used as a workstation?
Yes: Samsung DeX displays a windowed desktop interface on an external screen, with a keyboard and mouse. The USB-C port runs at USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps), and sound comes out in stereo for video conferences.
How quickly does the Galaxy S24+ charge?
It supports 45 W fast charging on its 4,900 mAh battery, quoted as a typical value — the highest power Samsung offers, provided you use a charger capable of delivering it.
What is the Galaxy S24+'s UWB for?
Ultra Wideband measures distance and direction to within a centimetre. A compatible tracker is therefore not just flagged as “nearby”: the phone shows you which direction to walk in, something Bluetooth alone cannot do.
Does the Galaxy S24+ support eSIM?
Yes, in three configurations: two physical nano-SIMs, one nano-SIM plus one eSIM, or two eSIMs. A second line is activated remotely, without opening the tray or waiting for a physical card to be sent.
Is the Galaxy S24+ water-resistant?
It is IP68-certified: the 6 stands for complete protection against dust, the 8 for protection against prolonged immersion in fresh water. Rain, splashes or a rinse under the tap pose no risk to the device.
How many years of updates will the Galaxy S24+ get?
Seven years of Android updates and security patches. A device of this generation therefore stays protected and compatible with recent apps for a very long time, which matters as much in daily use as when you come to resell it.
Is the Galaxy S24+ new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for when making a warranty claim.
