Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the wireless charger included with this part number?
Yes. This version of the Evolve2 65 Flex comes with its wireless induction charger, in addition to the USB-C receiver: you set the headset down on it at the end of the day, without plugging in a cable. Not every part number in the range includes one.
What is the real-world battery life of this headset with ANC on?
15 h of talk time and 21 h of music with active noise cancellation, compared with 20 h and 32 h without it. The lower figures are the ones to keep in mind: nobody buys an ANC headset to switch it off.
How long does the headset take to recharge?
2 hours for a full charge, on the supplied induction charger or through the USB port. The lithium-ion battery is built in, with no disposable battery to replace.
How do you mute the mic on the Evolve2 65 Flex?
By flipping up the mic boom, which folds away along the headband. The headset has six microphones, MEMS units driven by Jabra ClearVoice technology, covering 20 Hz – 10 kHz.
What does “Flex” mean in the name of this Jabra headset?
That its headband folds flat on hinges: the headset takes up far less space in a bag, and a carry case is included. It weighs 136 g.
Can the headset be connected to the computer and the phone at the same time?
Yes: it remembers 8 devices and keeps 2 connected simultaneously, reconnecting automatically as soon as you come back within the stated 30 m range.
Are the headset's voice prompts available in French?
Yes, French is among the voice prompt languages, along with German, Japanese and Korean: pairing and call status announcements are spoken in your language.
What does this model's hybrid noise cancellation bring?
It combines several sensors to reduce ambient noise actively, whereas the isolation of an ordinary headset is only passive. Comfort comes on top of that from Air Comfort technology: perforated foam and swivelling ear cups.
Is this headset as good for music as it is for meetings?
Its 28 mm speakers cover 20 Hz to 20 kHz in music mode, compared with 150 Hz to 6,800 Hz in talk mode. The Jabra Sound+ app lets you fine-tune the sound for listening.
