1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Do you need a power outlet near the Grandstream GRP2601P?
No, the P model is powered over the network cable, via 802.3af Class 1 PoE, i.e. 3.84 W. A single Ethernet link carries both power and communications: that is what the P suffix in the reference stands for.
Do you need a second network socket for the computer with the GRP2601P?
No: the phone has two switched 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports. The computer plugs in behind the phone, on the same wall socket — the office cabling stays unchanged.
How many people can join a conference call on the Grandstream GRP2601P?
Five participants, including the phone itself. That is two more than on the GRP2613 and GRP2615 models in the same category: a five-person meeting can therefore be held without going through an external conferencing service.
Which headsets work with the Grandstream GRP2601P?
It has an RJ9 headset jack with electronic hook switch support stated for Plantronics, Jabra and Sennheiser headsets. The electronic hook switch lets you answer the call from the headset, without going back to the phone.
Can the Grandstream GRP2601P be mounted on the wall?
Yes, wall mounting is possible — but the mount is ordered separately. On a desk, the phone offers one 45° positioning angle, measures 208 x 180 x 63.4 mm handset included and weighs 650 g.
