How many lines does the Grandstream GXP2130 handle?

3 lines and 3 SIP accounts. A SIP account is an identity registered with the phone system (PBX): this phone can therefore carry three separate numbers — a direct line, a department, a forwarding number — on a single device.

Does the GXP2130 need an extra power socket and network socket?

No to both. It is powered through the network cable (PoE) and has two Gigabit Ethernet ports: the computer connects through the phone, on the same wall socket.

Does the Grandstream GXP2130 support Bluetooth?

Yes, Bluetooth is built in. It lets you pair a wireless headset or sync a mobile phonebook, for example, with no extra cable on the desk.
