This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does “ML” mean in the EPOS Impact SC 60 USB ML part number?
It stands for the version optimised for Microsoft Lync, which became Skype for Business, and this headset carries its certification. It remains compatible with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, Cisco Jabber, Avaya, Mitel and RingCentral.
Can you call back the last caller from the headset?
Yes. The inline control unit on the cord handles four functions at your fingertips: answering and ending calls, volume, mic mute and last number redial — without going back to the softphone.
Can the mic boom be worn on the right side?
Yes. The boom rotates through 340°: it sits just as precisely on the left as on the right, and holds its position once set. That is what lets several agents share one workstation without readjusting the headset at every shift change.
Does the SC 60 protect your ears from sudden loud peaks?
Yes, through the ActiveGard system, which guards against acoustic shock and sudden sound peaks. The headset's maximum sound pressure level, 113 dB SPL, is itself capped by this system.
How much does the Impact SC 60 weigh on the head?
106 g without the cable, with large, soft ear cup foam and a closed design with two ear cups. It is the weight on the head that matters at a workstation where the headset stays on all day.
Is the cable long enough for an office desk?
It measures 2.1 m to the USB connector, inline control unit included. Enough to reach a tower on the floor while keeping the remote within easy reach on the desk.
Which meeting platforms does the SC 60 USB ML work with?
It is certified for Skype for Business and stated as compatible with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Google Voice, Webex by Cisco, Cisco Jabber, Avaya, Mitel, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, RingCentral and Citrix Ready environments.
Is the SC 60 only for calls, or for listening too?
Its speakers cover 60 to 16,000 Hz, while the microphone concentrates on 150 to 6,800 Hz, the voice range. The headset therefore reproduces a much wider range than it transmits, with a closed design and two ear cups that help you concentrate.
Is this EPOS Impact SC 60 new and under warranty?
