This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do these headphones sit on the ear or go around it?
They sit on it: the Live 670NC is an on-ear model, more compact than the 770NC, which surrounds the outer ear. That explains its weight of 219 g and why it can fold up for your bag.
What battery life do these headphones offer, depending on the mode?
50 hours with noise cancelling switched on, 65 hours without it. Go by the 50 hours: that is the mode these headphones are used in. And 5 minutes of charging give you 4 hours of music.
How does the noise cancelling adapt to where you are?
Four microphones measure ambient noise continuously and the correction follows the actual level, rather than a fixed setting. Moving from a quiet room to a busy street therefore takes no adjustment.
Does the music stop when you take the headphones off?
Yes, playback stops as soon as you take them off and resumes when you put them back on. The podcast no longer keeps playing while you answer someone, and the battery doesn't drain for nothing.
Can you keep an ear on what is happening around you?
Yes, Smart Ambient mode lets surrounding sounds back in: an announcement, a colleague, traffic. You keep the headphones on to reply, then go back to noise cancelling.
What does the spatial sound on these headphones add?
It turns stereo content into virtual surround sound, whatever the source: the soundstage widens for a film as well as a game, instead of staying centred between your two ears.
Can the headphones stay connected to two devices?
Yes, multipoint connection keeps the computer and the phone paired together, and two beamforming microphones handle calls by picking up the voice in line with your mouth.
