This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the JBL Live 670NC go around the ear or sit on it?
It sits on it: it is an on-ear model, more compact than the 770NC, which for its part surrounds the outer ear. That explains its weight of 219 g and why it can fold up for your bag.
What battery life do these headphones offer, depending on the mode?
50 hours with noise cancelling on, 65 hours without it, and 28 hours of talk time with noise cancelling. Go by the 50 hours. A full charge takes less than 3 hours, and 5 minutes give you 4 hours.
How does the noise cancelling adjust itself?
Four noise-sensing microphones measure your surroundings continuously and the correction follows the actual level, instead of a fixed setting. Moving from an office to a busy street therefore happens with no action on your part.
Can you hear what is around you without taking the headphones off?
Yes, Smart Ambient mode brings surrounding sounds forward: you stay aware while keeping your music on, or you can hold a full conversation with the headphones on your ears.
What is in the box of the JBL Live 670NC?
The headphones, a USB-C charging cable, a detachable audio cable, the warranty booklet and the guide. The audio cable lets you listen with a flat battery or on a device without Bluetooth.
Can you call up the voice assistant from the earcup?
Yes, a simple press on the earcup wakes Alexa or Google Assistant: play a song, send a message, check the weather. Your phone can stay in your pocket.
Can the headphones stay connected to two devices?
Yes, they connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously: you watch a film on the tablet and take the call coming in on your mobile. The connection uses Bluetooth 5.3.
Is the advertised LE Audio active out of the box?
No: LE Audio support is announced as available later via a remote update. The headphones work fully without it, with an Audio mode for quality and a Video mode for synchronisation.
What does the spatial sound on the Live 670NC add?
It turns stereo content into virtual surround sound, whatever the source. The 40 mm drivers are rated at 32 ohms with 98 dB sensitivity: a phone's output is enough to drive them.
Do calls come through clearly with these headphones?
Two beamforming microphones pick up the voice straight ahead and reject what comes from the sides. The headphones last 33 hours of talk time with noise cancelling off, 28 hours with it on.
Are the blue JBL Live 670NC headphones new and under warranty?
