1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What battery life does Energy Sistem state for the Style 3?
Up to 25 hours of listening per charge, with a 400 mAh battery that recharges in 2 hours via USB-C. Enough to cover a week of commuting at one hour a day, without thinking about the charger.
Does the Style 3 surround the ear or rest on it?
It surrounds it: these are over-ear headphones, whose cushions cover the whole outer ear. Pressure is spread around the ear instead of pressing on it, and the closed seal provides passive isolation from room noise.
Do these headphones actively block transport noise?
No, they have no active noise cancellation. Attenuation comes solely from the closed seal of the cushions around the ear. On a bus or in an open-plan office, you will need to turn the volume up slightly to cover background noise.
What is in the Style 3 box?
Four items: the headphones, a USB-C charging cable, an audio cable and a quick guide. The audio cable matters: it lets you plug the headphones into a device without Bluetooth, or keep listening with a flat battery.
Does the Style 3 fold for travel?
Yes, it is foldable, and weighs just 176 g. Once folded, it slips into a bag without taking up the space of rigid headphones, and the adjustable headband returns to its position when you put it back on.
Can you manage music and calls without taking out your phone?
Yes: playback, volume and answering calls are controlled on the ear cup, and the voice assistant button wakes Google or Siri. The built-in mic handles hands-free calls, over a usable range of 100 Hz to 10 kHz, tailored to the voice.
What does Deep Bass technology bring to these headphones?
It emphasises the low end of the spectrum on 40 mm drivers, a size that moves enough air to deliver deep bass without distorting. The range covered is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, the entire normal hearing range.
Which devices does the Energy Sistem Style 3 work with?
With Windows PCs, Macs, smartphones and TVs, via Bluetooth 5.1 with a stated range of 20 m. This range lets you put the phone down in one room and move around the next without dropouts.
Are the Energy Sistem Style 3 headphones new and under warranty?
