Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How much battery life is left with noise cancellation switched on?
50 hours of music with ANC on, versus 70 hours without it. Go by the 50 hours: that is the mode in which noise-cancelling headphones are really used. A full charge takes 3 h, and 15 minutes give back 8 hours.
Do ANC and the noise-cancelling microphone protect the same person?
No, and it is a common confusion. ANC (-25 dB) works for you: it removes ambient noise from what you hear. The microphone's ENC works for the person you are talking to: it cleans up what they receive during the call.
What comes in the box with the Nomadic ANC?
The headphones and their USB-C charging cable. The connection uses Bluetooth 5.4, for a stated range of 20 m, and charging works with any USB-C charger: your phone's will do.
Does the sound stay in sync with the picture in games or videos?
Yes, a low-latency mode brings the delay down to 80 ms to keep sound and picture in sync. That is what separates headphones usable for gaming from headphones meant only for music, where such a delay goes unnoticed.
Can you use it with a computer and a phone at the same time?
Yes, the multipoint connection keeps both links active: you follow a video conference on the computer and take the call coming in on the phone, without disconnecting or re-pairing. The headphones are listed as compatible with PC, Mac, smartphone and TV.
Is the Nomadic ANC easy to carry?
Yes: 250 g on the head and three-axis folding, with ear cups that fold, swivel and tilt. The headphones flatten to slip into a backpack, and the adjustable headband returns to shape as soon as you put them back on.
Do the ear cushions stay comfortable during long listening sessions?
They are over-ear (circumaural): they enclose the ear instead of pressing on it, in protein leather and memory foam. Pressure is spread around the ear, and this passive isolation adds to the -25 dB of active noise cancellation.
Are these headphones made from recycled materials?
Yes: the shell is made of GRS-certified recycled plastic (Global Recycled Standard) and the packaging of FSC-certified cardboard. Two independent, verifiable certifications, rather than an eco-friendly claim with no reference behind it.
Are the Energy Sistem Nomadic ANC headphones new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
