This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How long does the Zone Vibe 100 last between charges?
Up to 20 h of listening and 18 h of talk time. These are two separate figures: go by the second if the headset is mainly used for meetings, since the microphone electronics draw power on top of audio playback.
Is a five-minute charge enough before a meeting?
Yes: 5 minutes give back up to one hour of listening. Enough to rescue an unplanned team catch-up when the headset has spent the night off its cable.
Which Bluetooth version does this headset use?
Bluetooth 5.2, in multipoint mode: two devices stay connected at the same time, the computer for video conferencing and the phone for the incoming call, with no re-pairing each time you switch.
How do you mute without hunting for a button?
By raising the mic boom: Flip-up mute kicks in with the movement. Once folded along the headband, the boom lets the headset serve as a plain pair of headphones for music or a film.
Are the controls within reach during a call?
Yes, they are spread across both sides of the headset: play and pause, answering and ending calls, volume and Bluetooth pairing are all handled directly on the ear cups, without going back to the screen.
Can this headset also be used for listening to music?
Yes. Its 40 mm speakers are specified for deep bass, crisp treble and low distortion, and the equaliser can be adjusted in the Logi Tune app depending on whether you are listening or in a meeting.
Does the headset stay comfortable after several hours?
Its ear cushions combine memory foam and soft knit fabric rather than faux leather, a combination that breathes better over long days. The headband is padded and adjustable.
What is the Logi Tune app for with this Zone Vibe 100?
For adjusting the tone, mic level and equaliser, keeping the headset up to date and joining a meeting in one click. It comes in both a desktop and a mobile version.
Is this Logitech Zone Vibe 100 new and under warranty?
Yes, new in its original Logitech packaging. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year. The headset is stated to contain 25% post-consumer recycled plastic and is rechargeable, so there are no batteries to buy.
