Frequently asked questions about this product

Is 256 GB enough on a Galaxy S25+?
For photos, apps and messaging, comfortably. The thing to weigh up is 8K video, by far the most space-hungry format on the phone: if you regularly shoot at this resolution, the 512 GB version is worth it.
What is the Galaxy S25+'s chassis made of?
An aluminium frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, with IP68 certification: completely dust-tight and protected against prolonged immersion in fresh water.
Is the Galaxy S25+ Wi-Fi 7 compatible?
Yes: its wireless card covers 802.11be on 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz, with 320 MHz channels and 4096-QAM. Access to the 6 GHz band, the least congested, is what keeps throughput up when many devices are transmitting at once.
Can the Galaxy S25+ drive a monitor in desktop mode?
Yes, with Samsung DeX: connected to a monitor, it displays a windowed interface and works with a keyboard and mouse. Its USB-C port runs at USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps), and audio output is stereo.
Does the Galaxy S25+'s front camera focus?
Yes, its 12 MP sensor has autofocus, which not every phone offers. It makes a real difference for group selfies and video calls, where fixed focus quickly shows its limits.
Does the Galaxy S25+ support eSIM?
Yes, in three configurations: two physical nano-SIMs, one nano-SIM plus one eSIM, or two eSIMs. A second line can therefore be activated remotely, without opening the tray or waiting for a card to arrive.
Does the Galaxy S25+ shoot 8K video?
Yes, video goes up to 8K. It is the resolution that leaves the most room to crop or stabilise a clip in editing without dropping below 4K — at the cost of large files, which the USB 3.2 Gen 1 port lets you offload quickly.
Is the Galaxy S25+ new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for a period of 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for when making a warranty claim.
