  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What is the iPhone 16's dedicated button for?
It is Camera Control: a physical button that opens the camera and gives access to its settings without going through the touchscreen. On a device you often take out to shoot photos, it genuinely changes how it feels in hand.
Does the iPhone 16 come with a charger?
No: the 20 W USB-C power adapter is sold separately. Plan to get one if you don't already have one. MagSafe wireless charging is also supported, at up to 25 W, with a compatible charging pad.
What battery life is claimed for the iPhone 16?
Up to 22 hours of video playback — the figure measured is indeed continuous video playback, not a day of mixed use. The battery is lithium-ion and charges over USB-C or wirelessly with MagSafe at up to 25 W.
Does the iPhone 16 support Wi-Fi 7?
Yes: its wireless chip covers 802.11be, alongside 5G sub-6 GHz, eSIM and the Thread protocol, used by smart home devices. Bluetooth is version 5.3.
How many cameras does the iPhone 16 have?
Two on the back: a 48 MP Fusion wide-angle camera and a 12 MP ultra-wide. On the front, a 12 MP TrueDepth camera handles selfies, video calls and Face ID recognition.
Is the iPhone 16's USB-C port fast?
It runs at USB 2 speed: that is fine for charging and routine syncing, but copying tens of gigabytes of video takes patience. The connector remains universal, so you can reuse a laptop or tablet charger.

Is the iPhone 16 water resistant?
It is IP68-rated: the 6 means it is fully dust-tight, the 8 means protection against prolonged immersion in fresh water. Rain, splashes or a rinse under the tap therefore pose no risk to the device.
Can the iPhone 16 record decent sound?
It has three studio-quality mics and stereo speakers with spatial audio. This is what lets you capture a voice or ambient sound directly on the device, without an external mic, for a video meant for social media.
Is the iPhone 16 compact?
Yes: 14.76 × 7.16 × 0.78 cm and 170 g. With a 6.1-inch diagonal, it is easy to use one-handed and noticeably lighter than the Max versions in the range, which exceed 230 grams.
