A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Is 128 GB enough on an iPhone 16?
For apps, messaging and a reasonably sized photo library, yes. The thing to plan for is video, by far what fills storage fastest: if you film regularly, a larger capacity will save you from having to sort through everything every month.
Does the iPhone 16's USB-C port allow fast transfers?
It runs at USB 2 speed: that is enough for charging and routine syncing, but copying tens of gigabytes of video takes patience. The connector remains universal, so you can reuse a laptop or tablet charger.

It is IP68-rated: the 6 means it is fully dust-tight, the 8 means protection against prolonged immersion in fresh water. Rain, splashes or a rinse under the tap therefore pose no risk.
Can the iPhone 16 record decent sound?
