Is 128 GB enough on an iPhone 16?
For apps, messaging and a reasonably sized photo library, yes. The thing to plan for is video, by far what fills storage fastest: if you film regularly, a larger capacity will save you from having to sort through everything every month.

It is IP68-rated: the 6 means it is fully dust-tight, the 8 means protection against prolonged immersion in fresh water. Rain, splashes or a rinse under the tap therefore pose no risk.
Can the iPhone 16 record decent sound?
It has three studio-quality mics and stereo speakers with spatial audio. This is what lets you capture a voice or ambient sound directly on the device, without an external mic, for a video meant for social media.
