Both, depending on the mode. Count on 24 hours of normal listening per charge, and 4 hours more — 28 in total — when you activate JBL Playtime Boost. A full recharge takes 3 hours, and 10 minutes of charging gives back 150 minutes of playback.
Is the charging cable supplied with the JBL Charge 6?
No, no charging cable comes with the speaker. Make sure you have a USB-C cable — your phone's cable will do — especially as it will also be used for lossless audio listening from a computer or a compatible player.
How are the Charge 6's 45 W distributed?
30 W RMS for the woofer and 15 W for the tweeter, over a range from 56 Hz to 20 kHz (-6 dB). AI Sound Boost processing analyses the music in real time to get the most out of the drivers while keeping distortion in check.
Can the JBL Charge 6 charge a laptop?
No, and the manufacturer makes this clear: the built-in portable charger is intended for a mobile device, not for a laptop. It will therefore charge a phone or earbuds while the music keeps playing, without interrupting playback.
