1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How long does the JBL GO 4 Camouflage play?
7 hours on a charge, and up to 2 more hours with Playtime Boost mode, which adjusts performance to extend the battery. So nine hours at most, for a 190-gram speaker.
How do you carry the JBL GO 4?
By its wide, sturdy carrying strap, built into the housing: it slips around a carabiner, a bag strap or a belt loop. Nothing to attach, nothing to lose — the speaker is ready to hang up straight out of the box.
Can the GO 4 handle sand and water?
Yes, it is IP67 certified: the 6 guarantees complete protection against dust, and therefore sand, and the 7 temporary immersion. The beach, the pool and hiking are all within the use intended by the manufacturer.
What can you expect from 4.2 W on this mini speaker?
Mono sound designed for close-range listening — desk, bathroom, camping table — and to keep you company rather than fill a room. In this format, clarity takes priority over deep bass, which the size of the driver does not allow.
Can two JBL GO 4 speakers play at the same time?
Yes: two GO 4 speakers pair in stereo, each taking one channel, and several Auracast-compatible JBL speakers link up wirelessly to play the same music — enough to fill several rooms with sound using small speakers.
Can the GO 4's sound be adjusted?
Yes, the JBL Portable app offers a customisable equaliser to adjust the high, mid and low frequencies separately, in addition to presets. It also handles the speaker's firmware updates.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. It charges via a USB-C port, the connector used by recent phones: a replacement cable is easy to find anywhere if you lose it.
