1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

What is the Kraken Kitty V2's Gaming mode for?
It speeds up wireless response when the game gets serious: the sound stays smooth, with no dropouts. You activate it by holding the multifunction button for 5 seconds, and a voice prompt confirms the switch to Gaming mode.
Do you need to stay close to the source in Gaming mode?
Yes, that is the documented trade-off: if the sound drops out, Razer recommends staying within 60 cm of the source in Gaming mode, and switching back to Normal mode outside games, where the range returns to that of Bluetooth.
Does this headset work with the Nintendo Switch?
Yes, it is compatible with Nintendo Switch Bluetooth audio. Razer specifies two conditions: the console and the headset must both be up to date, with the headset updated through the Razer Audio app.
Does the Kraken Kitty V2 have a boom mic?
No: its beamforming mics are built into the ear cups, with adjustable noise cancellation for indoors or outdoors. Nothing sticks out in front of your mouth, which suits streaming as well as the street.
What lights up on this cat-ear headset?
The cat ears and the ear cups, both animated by Razer Chroma RGB and its 16.8 million colours. This dual lighting is the model's visual signature on stream.
How good are the 40 mm TriForce drivers?
The driver is divided into three parts, tuned separately for highs, mids and lows: the bass does not drown out the rest. Razer promises clear, distortion-free sound from these 40 mm diaphragms.
Is this headset comfortable for a long stream?
It weighs 325 g, with soft, breathable ear cushions combining fabric and leatherette. It charges via USB-C, so you can top it up between sessions with a phone cable.
Does this headset cancel noise for the wearer?
No: the advertised noise cancellation is that of the mics; it acts on what the person you are talking to or your audience hears. For you, the attenuation comes from the ear cushions alone, with no electronic processing.
Is the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 Quartz headset new and under warranty?
