This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Does the purple JBL Quantum 100M2 work on PS5 and Xbox?
Yes, through its 3.5 mm jack: JBL lists it as compatible with PC, PlayStation 5 and 4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, mobile, Mac and virtual reality hardware. A single 1.2 m cable, no driver, no battery.
What is in the box of this JBL gaming headset?
Four items: the headset, the detachable mic boom, a foam windscreen for this boom and the documentation. The windscreen matters: it absorbs plosives when you speak close to the capsule.
Does the mic come off when you listen to music?
Yes, the boom is detachable: once unplugged, the headset becomes a pair of headphones. It is directional with voice focus, with a mute function and a usable range of 100 Hz to 10 kHz.
What does Windows Sonic compatibility bring to this model?
Spatial sound computed by the machine: the headset is designed for the native surround of Windows PCs and Xbox consoles. Sounds are placed around you, which helps you locate footsteps without extra hardware.

No, no active reduction. The attenuation comes from the closed over-ear design and the pressure of the cushions around the ear. The 40 mm drivers, at 32 ohms and 96 dB, are happy with an ordinary headphone output.
What frequency range does the Quantum 100M2 cover?
20 Hz to 20 kHz, i.e. the whole normal hearing range, delivered with the JBL QuantumSOUND signature sound. JBL describes it as tuned to bring out the dynamic effects of games, from stealthy footsteps to explosions.
Is the purple JBL Quantum 100M2 headset new and under warranty?
