1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How do you adjust the lighting on the JBL Grip White?
With a side button that cycles through the light themes of the rear panel, and with the JBL Portable app, which adjusts the colours and intensity. The mood can thus match the situation, from subtle to full-on party.
Does the JBL Grip last 12 or 14 hours?
12 hours in normal use and 14 hours with Playtime Boost activated, which adjusts performance to gain two hours. Allow 3 hours for a full recharge.
What can the JBL Grip withstand outdoors?
It is IP68 — waterproof and dustproof — and rated to withstand a one-metre drop onto concrete. Sand, rain, the poolside: none of this is outside its intended use.
What are the 16 W of this compact speaker worth?
They are produced by a 43 x 80 mm full-range driver covering 70 Hz to 20 kHz. At 385 g, the volume is enough to fill a bedroom, a terrace or a corner of the beach without distorting.
Can two JBL Grip speakers play together?
Yes: two speakers pair in stereo via Auracast, and several compatible JBL speakers can play the same music. Enough to cover an extra room without turning up the volume.
What is in the JBL Grip carton?
The speaker, the quick start guide and the warranty card with the safety sheet. You will need a USB-C cable for charging, at 5 V / 3 A.
