1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How long does the JBL Grip Purple play?
12 hours per charge, 14 hours when you activate Playtime Boost. The 10.01 Wh lithium-ion battery fully recharges in 3 hours via the USB-C port.
Can the JBL Grip handle water, dust and drops?
All three: IP68 certification for water and dust, and a design rated to withstand a one-metre drop onto concrete. It is made to be clipped to a bag and follow you through a whole day outdoors.
What is the ambient light on the JBL Grip for?
It projects colourful light themes from the rear panel to accompany the music. The themes are cycled with a side button, and the brightness is adjusted in the JBL Portable app.
What can you expect from 16 W in this format?
A 43 x 80 mm full-range driver covering 70 Hz to 20 kHz, backed by AI Sound Boost, which analyses the signal live to limit distortion. At 385 g, the speaker carries further than its size suggests.
Can you customise the sound of the Grip Purple?
Yes, with the 7-band equaliser in the JBL Portable app: raise the bass outdoors, soften the treble in an echoey room. The app also delivers internal software updates.
Can you pair two JBL Grip speakers for a wider sound?
Yes: two Grip speakers pair in stereo via Auracast, and several compatible JBL speakers can join the same wireless broadcast, over Bluetooth 5.4.
What is the JBL Grip made of?
Post-consumer recycled plastic and fabric for the speaker grille, in packaging made of FSC-certified paper printed with soy ink.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
