This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

What is the difference between the two wireless modes of the Logitech G321?
LIGHTSPEED 2.4 GHz goes through the USB-A receiver and is intended for gaming on PC, PS5 or Switch. Bluetooth 5.2 is for Discord chat, mobile games and music. A button switches from one to the other without re-pairing.
What real battery life can you expect from the G321 LIGHTSPEED?
Over 20 hours, and the figure comes with its test condition: continuous playback at 78 dB SPL after a 100% charge, over a stable connection. At a higher volume or in an environment with a lot of interference, expect less.
How do you quickly mute the microphone during a game?
By raising it: the mic boom mutes as soon as it is flipped up, with the Flip-up function. No button to look for, and the gesture is visible to the player themselves, which avoids forgotten open mics in the middle of a conversation.
How good is the 16 kHz microphone on this Logitech headset?
The figure refers to the sampling rate — up to 16-bit / 16 kHz —, which means finer capture than the microphone of an entry-level headset. The capsule is omnidirectional, with a usable range of 100 to 6,500 Hz, centred on the voice.
Does the G321 work on PS5 and Nintendo Switch?
Yes, it is listed as compatible with PC, PS5 and Nintendo Switch. LIGHTSPEED mode requires a free USB 2.0 port for its receiver; for Bluetooth, you need a device that supports Bluetooth 5.2.
What is in the box of the G321 LIGHTSPEED?
Four items: the headset, the USB-A wireless receiver, a USB-C to USB-A charging cable and the documentation. The receiver is the part not to lose: it is what carries the 2.4 GHz connection.
Does the headset stay comfortable over a long session?
It weighs 210 g and relies on three elements: a 15 mm padded headband, 21 mm memory foam ear cups and a high-stretch mesh fabric that follows the shape of the head. The inside of the ear cups is described as roomy.
How far can you move from the receiver without dropouts?
10 metres, measured in direct line of sight — so with no wall or obstacle between the headset and the receiver. Enough to get up, fetch a drink and come back without pausing the game; not enough to go to another floor.
Does the G321 actively cancel noise in the room?
No, there is no active cancellation. The attenuation comes from the memory foam ear cups sealing around the ear, described as a comfortable seal. That is enough for the fan of a PC tower, not for a busy open-plan office.
Is this headset made with recycled materials?
Yes: the plastic parts contain a minimum of 28% certified post-consumer recycled plastic, from old electronic devices. The paper packaging comes from FSC-certified forests and other controlled sources.
Is the Logitech G321 gaming headset new and under warranty?
