1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Razer Nommo V2 include a subwoofer?
Yes, a 5.5-inch subwoofer comes with the two speakers. These use 3-inch full-range drivers fitted with aluminium phase plugs, designed to limit sound reflections inside the enclosure.
Which devices can the Nommo V2 be connected to?
Via USB to a PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5; via Bluetooth 5.3 to a mobile device or a Nintendo Switch. Two limitations on PlayStation: the volume bar is not shown on screen, and only the Chroma Spectrum Cycling effect is available.
What does THX Spatial Audio bring to these speakers?
Virtual 7.1 surround recreated from two speakers: the aim is to place sounds in space, so you can hear where footsteps are coming from in a game. THX Game Profiles also fine-tune the sound game by game.
Is the control pod supplied with the Nommo V2?
No, the Razer wireless control pod is sold separately. This is worth knowing before ordering if you were planning to control volume and lighting from a unit on your desk.
Can you adjust the tone of the Razer Nommo V2?
Yes, with a customisable 10-band equaliser. That level of adjustment is rare on desktop speakers: you can correct the bass in an overly reverberant room or bring out voices in a game.
How does the Chroma lighting on the Nommo V2 work?
Through rear-projection lighting zones on both speakers, which cast light onto the desk rather than into your eyes. Patterns are chosen in Razer software, with effects synchronised to what is happening in the game.
Are the Razer Nommo V2 speakers new and under warranty?
New, manufacturer reference RZ05-04750100-R3G1, in original Razer packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested for any claim.
