Frequently asked questions about this product

How much battery life is left with noise cancellation on?
35 hours with ANC on, compared with 50 hours without it. Remember the 35 hours: that is the mode in which you will really use these headphones. And 15 minutes of charging gives 8 hours of listening.
By how much does the Harmony ANC reduce outside noise?
Up to 20 dB through active cancellation. On top of that comes the passive isolation of the memory foam over-ear cushions, which seal around the ear before the electronics even come into play.
Do ANC and the noise-cancelling mic serve the same person?
No. ANC works for you: it removes up to 20 dB of the noise you hear. The mic's ENC works for the person you are talking to: it cleans up what they receive during the call. Two separate functions, often confused.
What is in the box of the Energy Sistem Harmony ANC?
Three items: the headphones, a USB-C cable for charging and an audio cable. The latter lets you listen wired, when the battery is flat or on a device without Bluetooth.
Is the headband on these headphones made of plastic?
No, it is metal, covered in protein leather. It is the part that breaks first on headphones folded every day: a metal frame makes as much difference to lifespan as to comfort.
Does the Harmony ANC fold for carrying?
Yes, it has a folding and swivelling mechanism: the ear cups rotate and the headphones fold up to slip into a bag. The connection is Bluetooth 5.4, with a stated range of 20 metres.
Can you call up the voice assistant from the headphones?
Yes, a voice assistant is available from the headphones to control your phone's functions — Google as well as Siri. Your phone can stay in your bag: the command comes from the ear cup.
Are these headphones made from recycled materials?
Yes: GRS-certified recycled plastic, stated at 100%, and FSC-certified cardboard for the packaging. Two independent, verifiable certifications, rather than an eco-friendly claim with no reference.
