1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What battery life does the Pineapple Max offer?
Up to 40 hours of playback per charge, backed by fast charging to get going again without waiting for a full charge. Enough to cover several days of commuting and calls.
Do the ear cushions enclose the ear on this model?
Yes, it is over-ear: the memory foam cushions fully surround the outer ear rather than pressing on it. The pressure is spread around the edge, which remains comfortable after several hours.
Do these headphones actively cancel ambient noise?
No, they have no active noise cancellation. Noise reduction comes from the close seal of the over-ear cushions; on noisy transport, you will need to turn the volume up a little to cover the background noise.
Can you make a call with the Pineapple Max?
Yes, a mic is built in for hands-free calls. The connection is Bluetooth 5.4, described as stable and well synchronised — useful for video as well as for calls.
Does the headband fit all head sizes?
It is adjustable, so you can set the height of the ear cups. Combined with the memory foam cushions, this adjustment is what determines real comfort: headphones that are too tight or too loose become tiring in less than an hour.
Are these headphones made to be taken everywhere?
That is what the manufacturer states: lightweight, portable headphones, designed for everyday music, videos and calls. The over-ear format is, however, bulkier than an on-ear model.
Are the Energy Sistem Pineapple Max headphones new and under warranty?
