1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How much battery life is left with noise cancellation on?
15 hours with ANC on, compared with 24 hours without it. Remember the 15 hours: that is the mode in which you will really use these headphones. And 15 minutes of charging gives 3 hours of listening.
By how much does the Hush ANC reduce outside noise?
Up to 25 dB through active cancellation, which targets the hubbub of an open-plan office or the constant background noise of transport. The over-ear cushions add their passive isolation on top.
Can you answer the phone while working on your computer?
Yes, that is exactly what multipoint allows: the headphones stay connected to your computer and smartphone at the same time, and switch to the incoming call without you having to unplug anything or re-pair.
Do ANC and the noise-cancelling mic serve the same person?
No. ANC (−25 dB) works for you: it removes noise from what you hear. The mic's ENC works for the person you are talking to: it cleans up what they receive during the call. Two separate functions.
Is the headband on these headphones made of plastic?
No, it is metal, and it is both foldable and swivelling: the ear cups rotate and the headphones fold up for your bag. On headphones folded every day, the headband is the part that gives way first.
What is in the box of the Hush ANC?
The headphones and their USB-C charging cable. The connection is Bluetooth 5.4, and your phone's voice assistant remains accessible from the ear cup.
Are these headphones made from recycled materials?
