1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What video inputs does the MSI MAG 255F X24 offer?
Two HDMI 2.0b ports, rated for Full HD at 240 Hz, and one DisplayPort 1.2a. A console and a PC can therefore stay connected together; from a laptop with a USB-C output, you will need an adapter to one of these formats.
What does the MAG 255F X24's Rapid IPS panel bring?
A response time of 0.5 ms grey-to-grey, the minimum value, where an ordinary IPS panel takes several milliseconds: the trail behind fast-moving objects is noticeably reduced, without losing the colour stability of IPS.
Is the MAG 255F X24 compatible with AMD FreeSync?
Yes, it is AMD FreeSync Premium certified, with a synchronisation range of 48 to 240 Hz: the monitor's refresh rate follows the frame rate of the graphics card, which eliminates screen tearing.
Is the MAG 255F X24's stand height-adjustable?
No: only the tilt is adjustable, from -5° to +20°. VESA 100 x 100 mm mounting is still possible for a monitor arm, the whole unit weighing only 3.24 kg.
Does this 25-inch monitor really measure 25 inches?
Its viewable diagonal is 24.5 inches, for an active area of 543.7 x 302.6 mm in Full HD; the advertised 25 inches corresponds to the size class, as on other monitors of this size.
What is the AI Vision technology on the MAG 255F X24 for?
It reveals detail in the dark areas of a game by raising the overall brightness and colour saturation, without washing out the bright areas. Useful for spotting an opponent in a dark corner.
