1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Which processors does the MSI B550M PRO-VDH support?
AMD Ryzen 5000, 4000G and 3000 Series processors, on an AM4 socket with the AMD B550 chipset. The G models have integrated graphics, useful if you are not adding a graphics card.
What video outputs does this motherboard offer?
Three: VGA, DisplayPort and HDMI. They require a processor with integrated graphics, but then cover most monitors, including the oldest ones.
How many M.2 SSDs can I install on this motherboard?
Two: one Gen4 x4 and one Gen3 x4. The first, twice as fast, is covered by the M.2 Shield Frozr heatsink, which keeps the SSD from slowing down as it heats up.
How much memory does this B550M motherboard support?
4 DDR4 slots in dual channel, up to 4,400 MHz when overclocked. The memory circuit is isolated — MSI calls it DDR4 Boost — for a cleaner signal.
Can I update the BIOS without a processor installed?
Yes: the Flash BIOS button updates the board from a simple USB flash drive, with no processor, memory or graphics card. This is the feature that unblocks a build refused by an outdated BIOS.
How many USB ports does this motherboard offer?
Seven 5 Gbps USB ports, including one Type-C, and six USB 2.0 ports. A generous allocation for a complete office workstation, without a hub.
Does this MSI motherboard have Wi-Fi?
No: it connects via Gigabit Ethernet. For wireless, plan for a PCIe card or a USB Wi-Fi adapter from the build stage.
Is the graphics card slot reinforced?
Yes: the PCIe 4.0 x16 is fitted with the Steel Armor metal reinforcement, which protects the connector from bending under the weight of a graphics card. Two PCIe 3.0 x1 slots complete the expansion options.
