1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How do you control the music on these headphones?
With touch controls on the ear cup: play, pause and answering a call take a light tap, without hunting for a button. The phone's voice assistant remains accessible from the headphones.
Can you keep two devices connected at the same time?
Yes, the multipoint connection keeps the computer and the phone paired together: a call coming in on the phone takes over from the meeting, without re-pairing or any action on your part.
What battery life do they offer, and what can you do when the battery runs low?
Up to 12 hours of listening — and the 3.5 mm jack takes over when the battery is flat. So the headphones never become unusable in the middle of a journey.
Do the headphones play files without a phone?
Yes: an MP3 player is built in, compatible with microSD cards up to 64 GB. Put your tracks on a card and the headphones are self-sufficient, with no source to pair.
What frequency range do these headphones cover?
