1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Every order comes with its sales invoice, included with the parcel (handed over in person for a store collection).

Bank card

Your everyday Moroccan bank card is enough — Visa, Mastercard or CMI, no special card required. Foreign cards are accepted too. Secure payment by Attijari Payment.

Cash on delivery (deposit of 480 DH by card or bank transfer)

Pay 480 MAD up front by card, then 9 023 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

What is the print speed and quality of the included Epson EcoTank printer?
The EcoTank L3251 prints up to 33 pages per minute in A4 and up to 5760 x 1440 DPI in colour, enough to turn out sharp documents quickly, for homework as well as everyday office use.
Can you print from a smartphone without going through a Wi-Fi router?
Yes, the printer features Wi-Fi Direct: it creates its own wireless connection, with no router or internet modem nearby, so you can print directly from a phone or tablet.
Does the free Kaspersky Plus subscription cover several devices?
No, the offer covers 1 device for 1 year. It includes anti-phishing protection, a firewall, an unlimited VPN and a password manager to secure the pack's computer from the moment it is set up.
Is the pack under warranty, and what should I do if something breaks down?
The laptop and the printer are new and covered by the 1-year manufacturer warranty. Keep your iris.ma invoice: it serves as proof of purchase if you need to make a claim.
Are 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD enough for online classes and office work?
For office work, online classes and everyday multitasking, this configuration is comfortable. The laptop has integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics, with no dedicated graphics card: light video editing is possible, but not intensive 3D work or gaming.
