This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Can the 64 GB of RAM in the Asus ProArt P16 be upgraded?
No. The 64 GB of LPDDR5X is soldered to the motherboard, with no accessible slot. That is a real constraint on a creative workstation, but 64 GB is already at the top of the range for 4K editing or 3D animation: in practice, the need to expand rarely arises.
Is the Asus ProArt P16 display reliable for colour grading?
Yes. The 2880 × 1800 OLED panel covers 100% of DCI-P3, displays 1.07 billion colours and is PANTONE Validated. Contrast reaches 1,000,000:1 with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, and the AGLR anti-glare coating keeps reflections down in the studio.
Can you draw with a stylus on the Asus ProArt P16?
Yes, the display is touch-enabled and supports a stylus. The ASUS Pen 2.0 is among the ProArt accessories offered alongside the machine, together with the ProArt mouse and mouse pad. The touchpad also integrates a DialPad, a virtual dial that controls settings in creative applications.
Does the Asus ProArt P16 card reader support fast cards?
Yes, it is an SD Express 7.0 card reader, a standard considerably faster than the conventional SD readers still fitted to most laptops. When offloading 4K footage from a camera or camcorder, the difference adds up to minutes saved on every transfer.
Which ports does the Asus ProArt P16 offer for a mobile studio?
One 40 Gbps USB4 Type-C port with display output and Power Delivery, one 10 Gbps USB-C port that also handles display and charging, two 10 Gbps USB-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 FRL port, a combo audio jack, the SD Express reader and a dedicated power input.
How good is the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 in the Asus ProArt P16 for video editing?
It lines up 12 cores and 24 threads, from 2.0 GHz up to 5.1 GHz, with 36 MB of cache, and an AMD XDNA accelerator rated at 50 TOPS. The latter handles the AI tasks in Adobe Premiere Pro: speech transcription, auto reframing and scene edit detection.
Is the RTX 5070 in the Asus ProArt P16 as useful for rendering as for gaming?
Rendering is its primary use: the dedicated RTX 5070 with 8 GB of GDDR7 brings RT cores for rendering 3D scenes and AI denoising, which speed up previews in animation software. The integrated AMD Radeon graphics take over light tasks to save battery.
Does the Asus ProArt P16 have an RJ45 network port?
No, there is no built-in Ethernet port: networking relies on tri-band 2x2 Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. For an editing station connected to a file server, plan for a USB-C or USB-A to RJ45 adapter, or a docking station connected to the USB4 port.
Does the Asus ProArt P16 support facial recognition sign-in?
Yes, the webcam is a Full HD camera with an infrared sensor, compatible with Windows Hello: you unlock it simply by sitting in front of the screen. The machine also includes the Microsoft Pluton security chip, which protects encryption keys at processor level.
Do you need to take the Asus ProArt P16's 200 W charger everywhere?
For rendering and editing, yes: the supplied power adapter delivers 200 W at 20 V and 10 A, and it is the only one able to power the Ryzen AI 9 and the RTX 5070 together. The 90 Wh battery lasts a day of light photo editing, and both USB-C ports also accept charging.
What is in the box of the Asus ProArt P16 H7606WP-SR629W?
The laptop, its 200 W power adapter and a ProArt backpack, included free with this model. On the software side, ASUS adds ProArt Creator Hub for colour and performance settings, StoryCube for sorting media and MuseTree for image generation.
