This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

It comes with Windows 11 Home preinstalled (in French).
Is the RAM of the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 expandable?
No. The 16 GB of LPDDR5x memory is soldered to the motherboard and therefore cannot be upgraded. Something to bear in mind when buying.
Is the IdeaPad Slim 5 SSD replaceable, and is there a second slot?
The 512 GB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD is replaceable (one M.2 slot). However, there is no second slot for adding an extra drive.
Is the OLED display of the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 a touchscreen?
No, the display is not a touchscreen. It is a glossy 14" WUXGA OLED panel, bright (400 nits), covering 100% of DCI-P3 and certified DisplayHDR True Black 500.

No, it uses integrated Intel Arc Graphics. It is a very good choice for office work, creative work and light gaming, but not for demanding 3D gaming.
