2 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Does the HP ProBook 4 G1i 14 CW5W4EA come with Windows preinstalled?
No: the machine starts up under FreeDOS, without Windows. Plan for a Windows 11 licence and a USB installation drive, or a Linux distribution. The hardware remains fully compatible; the fingerprint reader and the AI accelerator are waiting for the operating system to be put to use.
How good is the Core Ultra 7 255U in the HP ProBook 4 G1i 14?
The U suffix denotes low-power mobile chips, geared towards battery life and quiet operation. This one nonetheless has 12 cores and 14 threads up to 5.2 GHz with 12 MB of cache, plus an AI accelerator that takes video effects off the processor during calls.
Is the 16 GB of RAM in the ProBook 4 G1i 14 fitted as one or two memory modules?
As a single 16 GB memory module of DDR5-5600. The memory therefore runs in single-channel mode, which slightly limits the integrated graphics compared with a two-module configuration. On an office workstation, the difference is barely noticeable in day-to-day use.
Does the HP ProBook 4 G1i 14 charge via USB-C?
Yes, the supplied adapter is a 65 W USB-C unit, and the two 20 Gbps USB-C ports support Power Delivery 3.0. They also handle DisplayPort 1.4 and HP Sleep and Charge: a single cable is enough for power, data and display.
