This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Can the USB-C port be repaired if it breaks?
Yes: the Dell Pro 14 Plus is the world's first business PC with a modular USB-C port secured by screws, a design that improves durability and makes repairs easier.
Can the chassis keep up with daily travel?
It has an aluminium top cover and a palm rest that provide extra protection on the move, and it was designed to withstand the most rigorous MIL-STD compliance tests. Its ultra-quiet thermal design makes it well suited to an open-plan office.
1.40 kg for a 14-inch laptop: is it really easy to carry every day?
Yes: 1.40 kg for 313.5 × 224 mm and less than 2 cm thick (19.95 mm at its thickest point). Above all, it charges via a 65 W USB-C adapter, so you carry a compact charger.
Can it be charged through one of the USB-C ports, and which ones support a monitor?
Yes. The two Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C) ports support Power Delivery and DisplayPort 2.1: they handle both charging and output to a monitor. The supplied power adapter is a 65 W USB Type-C AC adapter.
What ports does the Dell Pro 14 Plus have, and is there a network port?
The connectivity includes 2 Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C), 2 USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 (one with PowerShare), HDMI 2.1, a headphone jack and a Wedge lock slot. 1 Gbit/s RJ-45 Ethernet, the SIM tray and the smart card reader are options within the range.
Is the screen a touchscreen, and what is its aspect ratio?
No, the panel in this configuration is a 14-inch FHD+ non-touch display. It uses the 16:10 aspect ratio with thin bezels, giving 5% more screen space — handy for long documents and spreadsheets. The range also offers QHD+, touch and ComfortView Plus panels.
What does this PC's 48 TOPS NPU actually do?
It runs AI processing directly on the machine, at low power: noise suppression and live transcription during meetings, and Microsoft Studio Effects in video calls. A dedicated Windows Copilot key is on the keyboard.
Can an IT department manage it remotely?
Yes: the processor is a Core Ultra 7 266V vPro, which gives IT teams multi-layer security and remote management. On top of this come tamper detection at BIOS level and cloud management via Dell Management Portal combined with Microsoft Intune. The laptop comes with Windows 11 Pro.
Can it handle 3D work or demanding video editing?
No dedicated graphics card: display relies on the Intel graphics integrated into the processor, with 84% more graphics performance for image processing and video conferencing. It is a machine for office work, video calls and everyday photo editing.
Is the keyboard French AZERTY?
Yes, French AZERTY keyboard. Pointing is handled by a precision multi-touch touchpad, 18% larger, on a spacious palm rest: enough to work through your tasks without plugging in a mouse.
Is it well equipped for video conferencing?
Sound comes through two 2 W stereo speakers (4 W in total) driven by a Cirrus Logic codec, and Microsoft Studio Effects reduces visual and audio distractions in Teams. The 5 MP HDR webcam with manual shutter is one of the options in the range.
Does it meet the environmental requirements of a public tender?
It is certified ENERGY STAR and EPEAT Gold with Climate+ designation, and meets 9th-generation TCO certification (energy use and repairability). It uses low-emission recycled aluminium, ocean-bound plastic and a battery designed with 80% less cobalt.
