Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 years warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is Windows preinstalled on the Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 DP14P-U7V-FD?
No: the machine boots into FreeDOS, without Windows. You will need a Windows 11 licence and an installation drive, or a Linux distribution. The hardware remains fully compatible; only the operating system is missing from the box.
How long is the warranty on the Dell Pro 14 Plus DP14P-U7V-FD?
3 years, parts and labour, on a new and sealed product; your invoice serves as proof. That is three times the usual coverage in this laptop category, which significantly changes the total cost of ownership calculation for a business.
Does the Dell Pro 14 Plus DP14P-U7V-FD accelerate AI locally?
Yes, its neural accelerator is rated at 48 trillion operations per second — one of the highest in the category. Background blur, noise suppression and transcription during video calls run on this component rather than on the processor.
Does the Dell Pro 14 Plus DP14P-U7V-FD support vPro remote management?
Yes, the Core Ultra 7 266V features the Intel vPro platform, which lets the IT department inventory, troubleshoot and update the machine remotely, even when it is switched off or outside the operating system. A feature expected across a company fleet, and absent from consumer configurations.
Is the keyboard on the Dell Pro 14 Plus DP14P-U7V-FD backlit?
No, this configuration comes with a French AZERTY keyboard without backlighting: working on a plane or in a dark room calls for an extra light. This is the main trade-off of this model, worth weighing up if you travel often.
Does the Dell Pro 14 Plus DP14P-U7V-FD have the latest Wi-Fi?
Yes, it features an Intel BE201 Wi-Fi 7, 2x2 card, with Bluetooth 5.4 — still rare on a business laptop. The gain does, however, require a Wi-Fi 7 router; without one, the card remains backward compatible with earlier standards.
Is the Dell Pro 14 Plus DP14P-U7V-FD easy to repair?
It is one of its selling points: the Type-C ports are modular, as are the keyboard and the I/O board. Dell states that this port offers up to 4 times more resistance to twisting and 33 times more resistance to impacts — a torn-out port is replaced instead of writing off the motherboard.
Is the screen on the Dell Pro 14 Plus DP14P-U7V-FD a touchscreen?
No, it is a 14-inch Full HD+ (1920 × 1200) non-touch panel, in 16:10 format. This format is an asset for work: for the same footprint, it displays about 5% more area than a 16:9, which means several more spreadsheet rows without scrolling.
Does the Dell Pro 14 Plus DP14P-U7V-FD charge via USB-C?
Yes, the supplied adapter is a 65 W USB-C unit. You can therefore power it from a docking station or a universal charger, and leave the original adapter permanently at the office. The battery is 55 Wh, with three cells.
Is the Dell Pro 14 Plus DP14P-U7V-FD light enough for working on the move?
1.40 kg, in grey, with a chassis put through a series of MIL-STD tests for durability and reliability before release. Storage is a 512 GB SSD — you will need a USB installation drive to set up the operating system.
