This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Is Windows preinstalled on the Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250?
No. This reference ships with FreeDOS, in other words without Windows: when you first start it up, you land in a command-line environment. Plan to install your own operating system and its licence, or a Linux distribution. The hardware itself is complete and ready for the operating system of your choice.
What does the “V” in the Core Ultra 5 236V of this Dell Pro 14 Plus mean?
The V series groups Intel's most power-efficient mobile chips, designed for battery life and quiet running rather than raw power. Its 8 cores, reaching up to 4.7 GHz, easily cover office work, video conferencing and multitasking; heavy, sustained computing would call for an H-series chip.
What is the 40 TOPS NPU on this model for?
It is an artificial intelligence accelerator housed in the processor: it handles background blur, noise reduction and transcription without tying up the main cores, so without draining the battery. Its 40 TOPS reach the threshold for Copilot+ experiences, which do, however, require Windows 11 to be installed.
Can the Dell Pro 14 Plus be charged via USB-C?
Yes. The supplied adapter is a 65 W USB Type-C unit, and both Thunderbolt 4 ports support Power Delivery: a USB-C charger of equivalent power or a docking station can therefore power the machine. The same cable can carry the picture to an external monitor.
Can an external monitor be connected to this Dell Pro 14 Plus without an adapter?
Yes. The chassis includes an HDMI 2.1 output and two Thunderbolt 4 ports carrying DisplayPort 2.1: one monitor connects directly via HDMI, a second via USB-C. A USB-C docking station takes over everything, monitors included, over a single cable.
Is the screen on this Dell Pro 14 Plus a touchscreen?
No. The 14-inch panel is a non-touch Full HD+ display in 16:10 format: it shows an extra strip of vertical space compared with 16:9, which gains a few lines in a spreadsheet or document. Navigation is therefore by keyboard and a generously sized touchpad.
Is this Dell Pro 14 Plus easy to carry every day?
Yes. It weighs 1.40 kg for 313.5 × 224 mm and is less than 2 cm thick: it slips into a 14-inch laptop bag without taking up much room. As its 65 W USB-C charger is compact, the whole kit stays light in a bag, and a docking station at the office saves you reconnecting everything each morning.
What does the Intel vPro platform bring to this Dell Pro 14 Plus?
It mainly matters to IT departments: vPro adds a hardware-rooted security layer, remote management and troubleshooting of the workstation, and a platform stability that helps when deploying a uniform fleet of machines. For individual use, the benefit is modest: it is a feature aimed at corporate fleets.
Does the Wi-Fi 7 on this Dell Pro 14 Plus really make a difference?
You need a Wi-Fi 7 router on the other end to take advantage of it. The Intel BE201 2x2 card stands out mainly in busy environments — open-plan offices, meeting rooms, trade shows — where it keeps a stable connection while Wi-Fi 5 becomes saturated. With an older internet box, it remains compatible, with no noticeable gain.
Can the USB-C port on this Dell Pro 14 Plus be repaired if it breaks?
On this range, Dell announces a modular, screw-fixed USB-C port, a first on a business laptop: the connector is replaced like a spare part, instead of requiring a motherboard replacement. It is one of the points that earn the chassis its EPEAT Gold Climate+ and TCO Certified generation 9 certifications.
Is the Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 new and under warranty?
