3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the screen a touchscreen?
Yes. The 13.3-inch Full HD+ (1920 × 1200) panel is touch-enabled, using IPS technology with an anti-glare coating, 300 cd/m² and 100% of the sRGB colour space. You can sign a document, annotate a presentation or scroll a page with your finger without changing form factor: it is a conventional laptop, not a 2-in-1.
Which operating system is installed?
Windows 11 Home, in the Single Language version. It is enough for individual use; to join the computer to the company domain or manage BitLocker encryption, you need the Pro edition, which is obtained through a licence upgrade without reinstalling the computer.
How is sign-in secured?
By fingerprint, face or card. The machine has a fingerprint reader, a Full HD webcam with an infrared sensor for facial recognition and a smart card reader, useful in companies that issue ID badges. A security lock slot completes the set.
How much does it weigh?
From 1.35 kg according to Dell for the version with the 300 cd/m² touchscreen. The chassis measures 300 × 215 mm and is 19.79 to 20.75 mm thick. With its 55 Wh battery and two Thunderbolt 4 ports, it easily keeps up with a day of appointments.
Can you connect an external monitor?
Yes. It offers an HDMI 2.1 port and two Thunderbolt 4 ports at 40 Gbps, which accept a USB-C monitor or a docking station. A USB-A 3.2 port and a headphone jack complete the connectivity, with no adapter needed for a meeting-room projector equipped with HDMI.
